PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2416 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A USE PERMIT FOR SAVCO CONSTRUCTION COMPANY AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-83-57 WHEREAS, Savco Construction Company has applied for conditional use permit approval to operate a model home complex consisting of two model homes, a sales office and related facilities at 212 and 218 Tomas Way; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development- High Density Residential District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 11, 1984 the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City Staff; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed location of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives of the Zoning Ordinance and the purposes of the district in which the site is located; that the proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under which it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare or be materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity; and that the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section Approves application Way subject case UP-83-57, Savco Construction Company's for a model home complex at 212 and 218 Tomas to the following conditions: That the development be substantially as shown on the site plan and elevations for case UP-83-57 on file with the Planning Division. That approval of this use permit does not constitute approval of any signing for the development and if signing is desired it shall be submitted to the City under separate application. That approval of the sales office is granted for a period of one year only at which time the proponent must reapply for an extension. This may be done administratively and does not need to be resubmitted to the Planning Commission.
