PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2435 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF <br />CASE PUD-83-17, A 40 UNIT RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT <br />FOR AMADOR ASSOCIATES <br />WHEREAS, Amador Associates has applied for PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />zoning and development plan approval for a 46 unit residential <br />development project on approximately 4.7 acres at 3780 Vineyard <br />Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 14, 1984 after <br />considering all public testimony, relevant exhibits and <br />recommendations of the City Staff, the Planning Commission <br />approved a mitigated negative declaration for this project; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />zoning conforms to the City's General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the development plan as <br />proposed, with a reduction of six units, would be appropriate <br />for the site on which the development is to be located; and <br />WHEREAS, after much public input the Planning Commission agreed to <br />modify several conditions proposed in the staff report as <br />well as modifying Standard Conditions No. 22, 23, and 51. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of case PUD-83-17, application of <br />Amador Associates for a 40 unit residential development proposed <br />for the approximately 4.7 acre site located at 3780 Vineyard <br />Avenue subject to the following conditions: <br />That the development shall be as shown on the development <br />plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Division except <br />that the numbers of units shall be reduced from 46 to <br />40 and this reduction shall be accomplished by converting <br />the six-plex on the northwest corner of the property <br />to a four-plex and the eight-plex on the southwest corner <br />of the site to a four-plex. <br />
