RESOLUTION N0. 2496 <br />July 11, 1984 <br />STANDARA CONDITIONS OF DEVELOPMENT <br />That the street. number(s) of the buil.iir,y(s) i,e posted so <br />as to be easily seen from the streec a~ all times, day <br />and night, Street numbers shall be ::leanly displayed on <br />all rear doors when a building has .~~cre than one tenant. <br />That all ducts, meters, air Condit wnr~,y equipment, and <br />any other mechanical equipment, whether .,n the structure, <br />on the ground, or elsewhere, be effectively screened <br />from view with materials architecturally compatible <br />with the main structure. <br />i. That all mechanical equipment be constructed in such a <br />manner that noise emanating from it will not be per- <br />ceptible at or beyond the property plane of the subject <br />property ir, a normal environment for that zoning district. <br />.. That all lighting be constructed ir: such a manner that <br />glare is directed away from surrounding properties and <br />rights-of-way. <br />That all. trast~ and refuse Lc ~ontsined completely within <br />enclosures architecturally ,~;mpatible with the main <br />structure. <br />, That all trees used in landscapir.y be a minimum of <br />15 gallons in size and all shrubs a minimum of <br />5 gallons. <br />That if signing for the developmeirt is desired, a compre- <br />hensive signing program shall be submitted to the City for <br />considera?~ion under separate application. <br />That 6" vertical concrete curbs be installed between <br />all paved and landscaped areas. <br />y.
