That approval of this case is subject to the granting <br />of a minor modification to case PUD-81-30 to allow <br />the proposed encroachments of Buildings A and D <br />into the required 75 ft. building setback area <br />along Stoneridge Drive and to allow less than a <br />15 ft. landscape separation between Buildings B <br />and C and the parking areas abutting them. <br />3. That approval of case PUD-81-30-16D is subject <br />to all conditions of approval of case MS-82-13 <br />approving parcel map number 3858. <br />4. That the development shall be subject to all conditions <br />of approval of Ordinance No. 1109, reapproving <br />Hacienda Business Park. <br />That this development is subject to all Standard <br />Conditions of Development, attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference except Conditions <br />12, 29, 33, 35, 36, 46 and 49. <br />Section 3.
