East Pleasanton Specific Plan. Feb 3, 1998, the City Council initiated the <br />East Pleasanton Specific Plan (EPSP). On April 20, 1999, the EPSP team was disbanded, <br />and the planning process was deferred until the completion of the Bernal Property <br />Specific Plan tasks." Commissioner Pearce stated that she did not think it was not <br />appropriate to put this under Existing Specific Plans and that it could be placed under <br />East Pleasanton Specific Plan on page 2-12 as a note that it was deferred after the Bernal <br />Property tasks were completed. <br />Chairperson Fox inquired if it should be mentioned under the Vineyard Avenue Corridor <br />Specific Plan that the elementary school has not yet been built.
