Feb 3, 1998, the City Council initiated the East Pleasanton Specific Plan (EPSP). On April 20, 1999, the EPSP team was disbanded, and the planning process was deferred until the completion of the Bernal Property Specific Plan tasks." Commissioner Pearce stated that she did not think it was not appropriate to put this under Existing Specific Plans and that it could be placed under East Pleasanton Specific Plan on page 2-12 as a note that it was deferred after the Bernal Property tasks were completed. Chairperson Fox inquired if it should be mentioned under the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan that the elementary school has not yet been built.
