WHEREAS, this Planning Commission further finds that the <br />project conforms to the requirements and purposes <br />of the City's PUD ordinance and is in the best <br />interests of the public health, safety, and general <br />welfare; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1: Finds the recitals contained herein are true and <br />correct. <br />Section 2: Recommends reapproval of the application of <br />Developer (i) to rezone to PUD-Industrial/Commercial <br />and Offices District the 573 acres on the east <br />side of Hopyard Road between the Arroyo rlocho and <br />a point approximately 1400 feet south of I-580 and <br />extending east to the tracks of the Southern <br />Pacific Transportation Company and (ii) to approve <br />a development plan for the subject site consisting <br />of a business park, as submitted and as modified <br />by the conditions of approval contained in Exhibit <br />"B", attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />this reference. <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 26TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1983 BY THE FOLLOWING <br />VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairman Jamieson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: October 26, 1983 <br />ATTEST: <br />1"N /L-~~Y <br />Robert rris, Secretary <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Brian Ld.
