C <br />89. That approval of the on-site water supply and distri- <br />bution system be withheld pending final design <br />and until the developer has demonstrated to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer that the proposed <br />system meets both the immediate and long range <br />requirements for supplying water in this area. <br />90. That the developer comply with any and all <br />applicable requirements of the cross-connection <br />control and backflow prevention device programs <br />required by the California Administrative Code, <br />Title 17. <br />91. That the developer pay the estimated applicable Zone 7 <br />and City connection fees and the meter cost prior to <br />Council approval of the development for any water <br />meters (irrigation meters) not directly related <br />to a building permit. -- <br />92. That a separate water meter be provided to each <br />lot of record within the development unless <br />otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />93. That approval of the sanitary sewer system be with- <br />held pending final design and until the developer <br />has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer that the proposed system is adequate, <br />connects to an approved point of discharge, and <br />meets both the immediate and long-range require- <br />ments of the sanitary sewer system in this and all <br />tributary areas. <br />94. That a separate sanitary sewer lateral be provided <br />to each lot of record within the development unless <br />otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />95. That approval of the storm drainage system be with- <br />held pending final design and until the developer <br />has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer that the system is adequate, connects to an <br />approved point of discharge, meets any and all <br />applicable requirements of the Alameda County Flood <br />Control District - Zone 7 meets any and all applicable <br />requirements of the Federal Emergency Management Flood <br />Hazard Program, and meets the immediate and long-range <br />requirements of this development and all upstream <br />areas intended to be drained through this tract. <br />96. That electric power distribution, gas distribution, <br />communication service, and any required alarm systems <br />be installed underground in a joint utility trench <br />unless otherwise specifically approved by the City <br />Engineer.
