_ e. Widening and improvement of I-580/Santa Rita Road inter- <br />change. <br />f. Widening of Stoneridge Drive to six lanes between <br />Foothill Road and Hopyard Road. <br />g. Construction of the I-680/West Las Positas Boulevard <br />interchange, <br />h. Widening of West Las Positas Boulevard to six lanes <br />from I-680 to Hopyard Road. <br />i. Construction of north and southbound auxiliary lanes on <br />I-680 between West Las Positas Boulevard and I-580. <br />j. Construction of east and westbound auxiliary lanes on <br />I-580 between Hopyard Road and I-680. <br />If the traffic analysis indicates that none of the mitigating <br />conditions will maintain the intersection(s) mid LOS 'D (858 of <br />capacity), then no construction can commence. <br />With regard to the Hopyard Road/I-580 westbound off-ramp, <br />development of the Hacienda Business Park may commence once <br />the developers have bonded for those improvements deemed <br />necessary and acceptable to the City Engineer of the City of <br />Pleasanton to reduce the intersection from its current level <br />of service E to LOS D or better, and that these improvements <br />shall be constructed as soon as possible. <br />3. That since the development plan does not show the specific <br />design of buildings to be constructed on the property, all <br />buildings and individual site landscaping and parking shall <br />require design approval by the City prior to issuance of <br />building permits. Approval by the City shall be approval by <br />the City Council with recommendations from the Planning <br />Commission . <br />4, That permitted and conditionally permitted uses on the <br />subject property shall be as follows: <br />Research and Development/Light Manufacturing/Warehouse Uses <br />A. All industrial uses, activities and processes allowed <br />in Section 2-7.20(1) (Permitted Uses, I-P District), <br />Article 9, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code <br />of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Exhibit "B", Planning <br />Commission Resolution <br />No. 2382, 10/26/83, <br />Page B-3 <br />
