of Hacienda Business Park and all relevant conditions <br />incorporated into the approval of the subdivision; _~ <br />and <br />WHEREAS, at this time most public on-site improvements have <br />been completed and many of the off-site improvements <br />have been completed as well, including all channel <br />improvements and many street improvements; in <br />completing these improvements, the following <br />conditions of approval incorporated into the <br />present application for reapproval have generally <br />been met: <br />A. The traffic improvements listed in Condition <br />2 as follows: <br />1. Widening of Hopyard Road to six (6) <br />lanes from near Johnson Drive (now Owens <br />Drive) to Valley Avenue. <br />2. Widening of West Las Posit as Boulevard <br />to six (6) lanes between the Southern <br />Pacific Transportation Company tracks <br />and Santa Rita Road. <br />3. Installation of signal at Hopyard Road/Inglewood <br />Drive. <br />4. Installation of signal at Hopyard Road/Gibraltar <br />Drive. <br />5. Installation of signal at Hopyard Road/Valley <br />Trails Drive (North) - (Arthur Drive). <br />6. Modification of the following signals: <br />Hopyard Road/Valley Avenue <br />Hopyard Road/Valley Trails Drive (South) - <br />(Parkside Drive) <br />Hopyard Road/West Las Positas Boulevard <br />Hopyard Road/Stoneridge Drive <br />Hopyard Road/Johnson Drive (now Owens <br />Drive) <br />B. The noise mitigations listed in Condition 5 <br />as follows: <br />1. Acoustical analyses for all roadways <br />enumerated in Condition 5. <br />2.
