32. That all parking spaces be striped and provided with <br />wheel stops unless they are fronted by conrete curbs, <br />in which case sufficient areas shall be provided beyond <br />the ends of all parking spaces to accommodate the over- <br />hang of automobiles. <br />33. That any damage to street improvements now existing or <br />done during construction be repaired by the developer <br />to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />34. That the developer submit a site development plan for <br />the apartment complex in accordance with the Survey <br />Ordinance (Article 3, Chapter 3, Title II), and that <br />these plans be approved by the City Engineer prior to <br />the issuance of a building permit. <br />35. That the site development plan include all required <br />information to design and construct site grading, <br />paving, and drainage. <br />Specific items to be indicated on the site development <br />plan necessary to construct storm, sewer, and water <br />systems are: <br />1. Type of pipes to be used (storm, sewer, water) <br />2. Length of pipes in linear feet (storm, sewer, water) <br />3. Slopes of pipes (storm and sewer) <br />4. Inverts at each inlet or junction structure (storm <br />and sewer) <br />5. Horizontal control necessary to set relationships <br />between buildings, parking, curb and gutter (storm <br />sewer and water) <br />6. Show top of pipe and bottom of pipe elevations where <br />any pipes cross under or over one another. <br />Landscape areas, parking stalls, driveway aisles, buildings, <br />curbs and gutters shall have horizontal control dimensioning <br />indicated. <br />
