79. That trees shall be planted along the eastern edge of <br />Deer Oaks Court and the eastern sides of the homes on <br />lots 7, 8, 11 and 12. <br />80. That tree removal on lots 1, 18, 19 and 20 be kept to <br />the minimum extent possible. <br />81. That passive solar features shall be incorporated into <br />the design of all homes on the subject property to the <br />maximum extent practicable. <br />32. That supplemental geologic investigation be conducted <br />prior to final map approval and to the satisfaction <br />of the City of Plesanton, to determine if within 50' <br />of any proposed building area, as shown on the <br />development plan located westerly of the trench <br />investigations conducted by Judd Aull and Associates <br />(Project No. 865-A-66-AS)~ dated January 14, 1981, there <br />is evidence of any active faults. Depending on the <br />findings and recommendations of the supplemental report, <br />the location of an active fault within 50' of a proposed <br />building area shall be a basis for the elimination of that <br />.~ area as a buildable site. <br />// <br />
