7. That Parcel 104 shall be landscaped to the satisfaction <br />of the Planning Division and maintained by the homeowners <br />association or in some other manner maintained at no <br />cost to the City. A landscape plan for this area shall <br />be submitted to the Planning Division for approval prior <br />to submittal of a final map. The developer shall install <br />a paved walkway the entire length of lot 104 and it shall <br />be constructed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />8. That the developer acknowledges that the City of Pleasanton <br />does not guarantee the avai.l.abi.lity of sufficient sewer <br />capacity to serve this development by the approval of this <br />case, and that the developer agrees and acknowledges that <br />building permit approval may be withheld if sewer capacity <br />is found by the City not to be available. <br />9. That all buildings and/or structures must comply with all <br />codes and ordinances in effect at the time required permits <br />are issued by the Fuilding Division. <br />10. That the location of any pad mounted transformer shall be <br />subject to approval by the Planning Division prior to the <br />issuance of a building permit. <br />11. That approval of this case is subject to all conditions <br />contained in the report from Engineering Services <br />dated 9/21/82, attached hereto and made a part of this <br />case by reference. <br />
