PLANNING COMMISSION _ CITY OF PLEASANT ON COUNTY OF ALAAIEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2232 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COA'll`QISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING THE TENTATIVE P~IAP FOR TRACT 4986 WfIEREAS, Howard Hansen, A. Mix and Ponderosa Homes have applied for tentative map approval for a proposed one hundred five lot subdivision of approximately 190 acres of land located immediately northeast of the junction of the Arroyo del Valle and the Arroyo de la Laguna; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) District; and WffEREAS, a mitigated negative declaration was approved by the Planning Commission on October 13, 1982; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 13, 1982 the Planning Commission considered all pertinent documents and public testimony concerning this tract; and . WHE:2EAS, Tentative Map for Tract 4986 is in accordance with the zoning district in which it is located and conforms to the General Plan of the City of PleasantorS NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES TfIE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves the lU5 lot subdivision of approximately 190 acres of land located immediately northeast of the junction of the Arroyo del Valle and the Arroyo de la Laguna subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption.
