PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTOIQ - COTJYITY OF ALAMEDA S'1'AT1`E OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 2234 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TENTATIVE MAP FOR TRACT 5093 WHEREAS, Howard Hansen, A. Mix and Ponderosa Homes have applied for tentative map approval for a proposed 62 lot subdivision of approximately 164 acres of land to include 59 single-family lots located at the western terminus of Hansen Drive; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family Residential) District; and WHEREAS, a mitigated negative declaration was approved by the Planning Commission on October 13, 1982 for this subdivision; and 4QHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of October 13, 1982 the Planning Commission considered all pertinent documents and public testimony concerning this tract; and WHEREAS, Tentative Map for Tract 5093 is in accordance with the zoning district in which it is located and conforms to the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. DIOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COA~IMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: Section 1. Approves the proposed 62 lot subdivision of approximately 164 acres of land to include 59 single-family lots located at the western terminus of Ilansen Drive subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption.
