EXHIEIT "A" <br />PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION N0. 2238 <br />CASE PUD-82-18-1D <br />October 27, 1982 <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />development plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Division. <br />2. That at least the windows along the eastern walls of <br />buildings 2 and 3 shall be recessed to the same depth <br />as in buildings 1 and 4 (approximately 1 ft.). <br />3. That the location of any pad mounted transformers <br />shall be subject to approval by the Planning Division <br />prior to issuance of a building permit. Generally <br />speaking, such transformers shall not be located <br />between the street and the front of the building. <br />4. That the street number of all buildings be posted so <br />as to be easily seen from the street at all times, <br />day and night. <br />5. That all ducts, meters, air conditioning equipment, and <br />any other mechanical equipment, whether on the structure, <br />on the ground, or elsewhere, be effectively screened <br />from view with materials architecturally compatible <br />with the main structure. <br />6. That all mechanical equipment be constructed in such a <br />manner that noise emanating from it will not be per- <br />ceptible at or beyond the property plane of the subject <br />property in a normal environment for that zoning district. <br />7. That all lighting be constructed in such a manner that <br />glare is directed away from surrounding properties and <br />rights-of-way. <br />8. That all trash and refuse be contained completely within <br />enclosures architecturally compatible with the main <br />-structure. <br />9, That all trees used in landscaping be a minimum of <br />15 gallons in size and all shrubs a minimum of <br />5 gallons. <br />10. That if signing for the development is desired, a compre- <br />hensive signing program be submitted to the City for <br />consideration under separate application. <br />A-1 <br />
