PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2238 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF <br />A DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR DEVCON CONSTRUCTION, INC. <br />AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD-82-18-1D <br />WHEREAS, Devcon Construction, Inc. has applied for development plan approval <br />for four light industrial/office buildings totalling 54,111 sq. ft. <br />and related facilities on a 3.7 acre site located on the southeast <br />side of the Southern Pacific Transportation Company railroad tracks <br />between Mohr Avenue and Trenery Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning of the property is I-P (Industrial Park) District with a rezoning <br />of the property in process to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Industrial Park District; and <br />WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration of environmental impacts was recommended for <br />adoption at the duly noticed public hearing of October 27, 1982; and <br />WHEREAS, at the duly noticed public hearing of October 27, 1982 the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony and pertinent documents <br />-- regarding this proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the proposed development plan filed <br />under case PUD-82-18-1D to be in conformance with the rezoning <br />currently taking place for this site and the General Plan of the <br />City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COT'ASISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE <br />FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Recommends that case PUD-82-18-1D be approved subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made part of <br />this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its <br />passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 27th day of October 1982 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Getty, Jamieson and Chairperson Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Wilson <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: October 27, 1982 <br />ATTEST: /~,, ~~/~ <br />Robert J .hV'I,~I(~~°a-rr is\J,-GSvetoā€˛r~e tart' <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Larry Lindsey, Chairperson <br />Brian W.
