Res. 2247 <br />Page 2 <br />5. That case UP-82-18 is granted subject to all conditions <br />of case Z-80-221 which governs architectural and <br />site approval for the property at 5729 Sonoma Drive. <br />6. That the gas meters and other mechanical equipment <br />at the front of the building shall be screened from <br />public view in a manner satisfactory to the Planning <br />Director. <br />Section 2.
