PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />_ COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2247 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A USE PERMIT FOR <br />LES MATHEWS AS FILED UNDER CASE UP-82-18 <br />WHEREAS, Les Mathews has applied for a conditional use permit to <br />to allow warehousing operations in the industrial building <br />located at 5729 Sonoma Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned I-P (.Industrial Park) District; and <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on December 8, 1982 <br />at which time all pertinent documents and testimony <br />were considered; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed location of <br />the conditional use is in accord with the objectives <br />of this chapter and the purposes of the district in which <br />the site is located; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed location of <br />_ the conditional use and the conditions under which it would <br />be operated or maintained would not be detrimental to the <br />public health, safety or welfare or be materially injurious <br />to properties or improvements in the vicinity; and <br />WHEREAS, that the proposed conditional use would comply with each <br />of the applicable provisions of Chapter 2, Title IT of <br />the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves case UP-82-18 as filed by Les Mathews for <br />5729 Sonoma Drive subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That this use permit is granted for warehousing <br />activities for any or all portions of the buildings <br />located at 5729 Sonoma Drive. <br />2. That no activities in conjunction with any of the <br />uses at 5729 Sonoma Drive shall take place outdoors. <br />3. That there shall be no outdoor storage of materials, <br />supplies or equipment in conjunction with any of the <br />uses on the subject property. <br />4. That all uses must comply with all codes and ordinances <br />~_ in effect at the time required permits are issued by <br />the Building Division. <br />
