That a separate water meter be provided to each lot of record within the development unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. 16, That approval for the number, type and location of fire hydrants be withheld pending final design, review by the Fire Marshal, and final review by the City Engineer. 17. That approval of the sanitary sewer system be with- held pending final design and until the developer has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that the proposed system is adequate, connects to an approved point of discharge, and meets both the immediate and long-range require- ments of the sanitary sewer system in this and all tributary areas. 18. That a separate sanitary sewer lateral be provided to each lot of record within the development unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. 19, That approval of the storm drainage system be with- held pending final design and until the developer has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that the system is adequate, connects to an approved point of discharge, meets any and all appli- cable requirements of the Alameda County Flood Control District.- Zone 7, meets any and all applicable requirements of the Federal Emergency Management Flood Hazard Program, and meets any and all require- ments of Cal Trans, and meets the immediate and long-range requirements of this development and all upstream areas intended to be drained through this tract. 2C. That electric power distribution, gas distribution, communication service, and any required alarm systems be installed underground in a joint utility trench unless otherwise specifically approved by the City Engineer.
