Tract 5094 <br />15. That a separate water meter be provided to each <br />lot of record within the development unless <br />otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />16. That approval for the number, type and location <br />of fire hydrants be withheld pending final design, <br />review by the Fire Marshal, and final review by <br />the City Engineer. <br />17. That approval of the sanitary sewer system be with- <br />held pending final design and until the developer <br />has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer that the proposed system is adequate, <br />connects to an approved point of discharge, and <br />meets both the immediate and long-range require- <br />ments of the sanitary sewer system in this and all <br />tributary areas. <br />18. That a separate sanitary sewer lateral be provided <br />to each lot of record within the development unless <br />otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />- 19. That approval of the storm drainage system be with- <br />held pending final design and until the developer <br />has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer that the system is adequate, connects to an <br />approved point of discharge, meets any and all <br />applicable requirements of the Alameda County Flood <br />Control District - Zone 7, meets any and all appli- <br />cable requirements of the Federal Emergency Manage- <br />ment Flood Hazard Program, and meets the immediate <br />and long-range requirements of this development and <br />all upstream areas intended to be drained through <br />this tract. <br />20. That electric power distribution, gas distribution, <br />communication service, and any required alarm systems <br />be installed underground in a joint utility trench <br />unless otherwise specifically approved by the City <br />Engineer. <br />21. That the developer be responsible for the installa- <br />tion of the street lighting system within the <br />development. The street lights shall be 70 watt, <br />high pressure sodium vapor units mounted on gal- <br />vanized steel poles with poured in place bases, <br />-3- <br />
