That the developer acknowledges that the City of Pleasanton <br />does not guarantee the availability of suffic'ent sewer <br />capacity to serve this development by the app oval of <br />this case, and that the developer agrees and cknowledges <br />that building permit approval may be withheld if sewer <br />capacity is found by the City not to be avail ble. <br />25, That all buildings and/or structures must com~ly with all <br />codes and ordinances in effect at the time re uired <br />permits are issued by the Building Division. <br />26. That the developer submit a building permit s rvey and <br />site development plan for the private develop ent portion <br />of the project in accordance with the Survey rdinance <br />(Article 3, Chapter 3, Title II) and that the a plans be <br />approved by the City Engineer prior to the is uance of <br />a building permit. The site development plan may be <br />replaced by improvement plans for the entire roject, <br />27, That the site development plan include all re uired <br />information to design and construct site, gra ing, paving, <br />drainage and all underground utilities. <br />28. That the paving sections for the parking and rive <br />areas be designed on the basis of an R-Value est and <br />a Traffic Index to carry the anticipated traf is load. <br />This design shall be subject to the approval f the <br />City Engineer. The minimum paving section sh 11 be <br />2" A,C, on 6" A,B.
