(continued) <br />Condition No. 30 is amended to allow staff <br />approval of an alternate design for fencing <br />along the southern boundary of the project. <br />3. That the project shall be maintained as rental housing <br />with units not to be individually sold for a period <br />of five years following completion and initial <br />occupancy. <br />Section 2.
