PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2294 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL <br />OF A MINOR MODIFICATION TO AN APPROVED <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN AS FILED UNDER CASE AP-83-5 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has appealed a decision of the <br />Director of Planning and Community Development <br />approving a minor modification to an approved <br />development plan for a 32 unit townhouse project <br />proposed for the approximately two acre site located <br />on the south side of Palomino Drive between Pico <br />Avenue and Concord Street (Case PUD-81-20); and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed modification involves a reduction in the <br />number of bedrooms, addition of a swimming pool and spa, <br />minor architectural changes, inclusion of refuse <br />enclosures, delineation of emergency access, and <br />conversion of all proposed garages to carports, and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-High Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 13, 1983 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendation if City staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found this proposal to be <br />in conformance with the PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />zoning and General Pian under which this property is <br />governed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends modifying Ordinance No. 1004 (Case PUD-81-20) <br />as follows: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />revised development plan, Exhibit A, dated 3/1/83, <br />on file with the Planning Division. <br />2. That all conditions of Ordinance No. 1004, attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference, shall <br />be complied with except for the following changes: <br />Condition No. 4 requiring garage door openers is <br />deleted. <br />Condition No. 5 is amended to require City <br />approval of CC&RS prior to final map approval <br />rather than issuance of a building permit. <br />
