41. That approval of the water supply and distribution system <br />be withheld pending final design and until the developer <br />has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City Engineer <br />that the proposed system meets both the immediate and <br />long-range requirements for supplying water in this area. <br />42. That the developer comply with any and all applicable <br />requirements of the cross-connections control and back- <br />flow prevention device programs required by the California <br />Administrative Code, Title 17. <br />43. That a separate water meter be provided to each <br />lot of record within the development unless <br />otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />44, That approval for the number, type and location <br />of fire hydrants-be withheld pending final design <br />.review by the Fire Marshal, and final review by <br />the City Engineer. <br />45. That approval of the sanitary sewer system be with- <br />held pending final design and until the developer <br />has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer that the proposed system is adequate, <br />connects to an approved point of discharge, and <br />meets both the immediate and long-range require- <br />ments of the sanitary secaer system in this and all <br />tributary areas. <br />46. That a separate sanitary sewer lateral be provided <br />to each lot of record within the development unless <br />otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />47-. That approval of the storm drainage system be withheld <br />pending final design and until the developer has demonstrated <br />to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that the system is <br />adequate, connects to an approved point of discharge, meets <br />any and all applicable requirements of the Alameda County <br />Flood Control District - Zone 7, meets any and all applicable <br />requirements of the Federal Emergency Management Flood Hazard <br />Program, and meets the immediate and long-range requirements <br />of this development and all upstream areas intended to be <br />drained through this tract. <br />
