41. That approval of the water supply and distribution system be withheld pending final design and until the developer has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that the proposed system meets both the immediate and long-range requirements for supplying water in this area. 42. That the developer comply with any and all applicable requirements of the cross-connections control and back- flow prevention device programs required by the California Administrative Code, Title 17. 43. That a separate water meter be provided to each lot of record within the development unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. 44, That approval for the number, type and location of fire hydrants-be withheld pending final design .review by the Fire Marshal, and final review by the City Engineer. 45. That approval of the sanitary sewer system be with- held pending final design and until the developer has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that the proposed system is adequate, connects to an approved point of discharge, and meets both the immediate and long-range require- ments of the sanitary secaer system in this and all tributary areas. 46. That a separate sanitary sewer lateral be provided to each lot of record within the development unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. 47-. That approval of the storm drainage system be withheld pending final design and until the developer has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City Engineer that the system is adequate, connects to an approved point of discharge, meets any and all applicable requirements of the Alameda County Flood Control District - Zone 7, meets any and all applicable requirements of the Federal Emergency Management Flood Hazard Program, and meets the immediate and long-range requirements of this development and all upstream areas intended to be drained through this tract.
