<br />r 32. That approval of the design for the line, grade, and <br />structural sections for the streets serving this <br />development be withheld pending final design and <br />revieca by the City Engineer. <br />33. That vertical P.C.C. curbs and gutters be constructed <br />within this development unless otherwise approved by <br />the City Engineer and that the curb and gutter be <br />poured monolithically with the sidewalk when the <br />sidewalk is adjacent. <br />34. That detailed grading and drainage plan and all <br />supporting information and design criteria be <br />submitted as part of the improvement plans for the <br />development. <br />3~• That the minimum grade for gutter flowlines be set <br />at 0.5~ unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />Grades less than O.So down to 0.3% shall require special <br />approval, submittal of as-built grade sheets, and con- <br />trolled flow testing. <br />36. That all existing wells, septic tanks or holding <br />tanks on the site be properly sealed, filled and <br />abandoned prior to the start of grading operations <br />unless Zone 7 retains specific wells for observation <br />wells, or special approval is obtained from the City <br />Engineer for temporary use of an existing well for <br />construction water. <br />37. That the haul route for all materials to <br />this development be approved by the City <br />prior to approval of the final map or the <br />any construction. <br />38. That the developer submit an erosion and <br />control plan or procedure as part of the <br />plans prior to the approval of the final <br />of any construction. <br />and from <br />Engineer <br />start of <br />sedimentation <br />improvement <br />map or the start <br />39. That the developer submit a dust control plan or <br />procedure as part of the improvement plans prior to <br />approval of the final map or the start of construction. <br />40. That storm drainage system be privately maintained by the <br />property owners or through an association approved by the <br />City. <br />
