That approval of the design for the line, grade, and <br />structural sections for the streets serving this <br />development be withheld pending final design and <br />revieca by the City Engineer. <br />33. That vertical P.C.C. curbs and gutters be constructed <br />within this development unless otherwise approved by <br />the City Engineer and that the curb and gutter be <br />poured monolithically with the sidewalk when the <br />sidewalk is adjacent. <br />34. That detailed grading and drainage plan and all <br />supporting information and design criteria be <br />submitted as part of the improvement plans for the <br />development. <br />3~• That the minimum grade for gutter flowlines be set <br />at 0.5~ unless otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />Grades less than O.So down to 0.3% shall require special <br />approval, submittal of as-built grade sheets, and con- <br />trolled flow testing. <br />36.
