City to participate in the completion of Mohr Avenue. <br />The extent of this participation shall be determined <br />prior to the approval of the tentative map. The agree- <br />ment shall be executed by the developer prior to Council <br />approval of the final subdivision map. <br />38. An interior off-site sanitary sewer system will exist <br />at the time of development of this project. (See <br />Exhibit "C"). This system should be extended from the <br />manhole in Santa Rita to the upstream siphon manhole <br />at the Arroyo Mocho. The developer shall enter into <br />an agreement with the City to participate in the <br />future off-site sanitary sewer extension. The extent <br />of this participation shall be determined prior to the <br />approval of the tentative map. The agreement shall be <br />executed by the developer prior to Council approval of <br />the final subdivision map. <br />Section 3.
