E. that final park plans shall be submitted to <br />the Park and Recreation Commission for approval; <br />and <br />F. that the park shall be lighted to the satisfaction <br />of the Police Department. <br />19. That any street rights-of-way shown on the final map <br /> as public streets shall be offered for dedication to <br /> public use or in the alternative, these rights-of-way <br /> may be purchased at their market value through a <br /> special assessment district for subdivision improve- <br /> ments if approved by the City Council pursuant to <br /> Section 66462(a)(2) of the Government Code. <br />20.. That all landscaped areas shown on the development <br /> plan (Exhibit B, Landscape Overlay Plan) as "interior <br /> boulevard" shall be installed with street improvements <br /> and shall have a final landscape plan for them sub- <br />~~ mitted to the Planning Division for approval prior <br /> to issuance of any building permits. <br />.:Y - <br />. ~ 21. <br />That the street numbers of all buildings shall be posted <br /> so as to be easily seen from the street at all times, day <br /> and night. <br />22. That all mechanical equipment be constructed in such a <br />manner that noise emanating from it will not be per- <br />ceptible at or beyond the property plane of the subject <br />property in a normal environment for that zoning district. <br />24, That all lighting be constructed in such a manner that <br />glare is directed away from surrounding properties and <br />rights-of-way. <br />25.
