The Drachman system of parking lot design <br /> may be submitted for consideration as part of design <br /> review for the first OC (Office Center) building. At <br /> that time, the Design Review Board shall determine whether <br /> they wish to accept this parking design for that building <br /> or whether they will require conventional parking. This <br /> decision may be appealed to the City Council by the applicant. <br /> Permission to use the Drachman system with the first OC <br /> building does not constitute approval of the system for <br /> any or all of the remaining OC buildings. <br />15. That the developer shall comply with all or pertinent <br /> requirements of the City fire code. <br /> That each commercial building shall require a <br /> Knox box security system located on the exterior <br /> and at elevator locations. The exact location of <br /> *'~, <br />these facilities shall be determined by the Fire <br /> # <br />Marshal or Police Department. "~'~,~y.g„ <br />16. That the uses allowed on the subject property shall be <br />those shown in Table 1 of that part of the development plan <br />labeled Exhibit A, General Development plan, except that <br />financial institutions shall be conditionally allowed uses. <br />17. That a landscaping and lighting maintenance district or <br />contract between the City and the property owners' <br />association shall be established to maintain all <br />landscaping and lighting within the landscape public <br />service easements along Stoneridge Mall Road and <br />Stoneridge Drive and within the landscape medians on <br />streets RW1 and RW2. It may also be possible to use such <br />a district for the maintenance of the central park. <br />18. That the area shown on the development plan as P1, P2, <br />P3 shall be private park maintained solely by the <br />property owners association, or landscaping and lighting <br />maintenance district, but that the following shall be <br />complied with: <br />A. that signing be provided clearly indicating that the <br />park is a public facility; <br />B. that the park shall be designed to allow adequate <br />police surveillance to assure users safety; <br />C. that park rules and regulations shall be in con- <br />formance with City park rules and regulations; <br />D. that park use hours for the public shall be <br />posted; <br />
