That since the development plan does not show the <br /> specific design of the proposed buildings or indi- <br /> vidual sites in the project., all buildings, including <br /> housing units,. and all individual site landscaping <br /> and parking shall require approval by the Design <br /> Review Board prior to issuance of building permits. <br /><~~,,:~ 3. That there shall be no buildings on the subject property <br />~;~ over five stories in height. <br />n <br />k <br />~. 4. <br />1,~r That there shall be a minimum 20 ft. wide landscape/ <br />Ysl public service easement from behind the curb along the <br /> Stoneridge Mall Road frontage of the subject property. <br /> Except in the area between RWl and the western property <br /> line there shall be a 6-1/2 to 8 ft. wide bikeway/ped <br /> path within this easement, the design of which shall <br /> be approved by the City Engineer. There shall be no <br /> buildings or parking areas within this easement. Plans <br /> for the easement, including landscaping and bikeway/ped <br />'pEx:~.
