PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />-- RESOLUTION N0. 2119 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />PUD-81-34 BY THEODORE BATES AND RICHARD AND <br />URSULA ULTSCH ET AL <br />WHEREAS, Richard and Ursula Ultsch and Theodore Bates have applied <br />for prezoning and development plan approval for a 252 <br />dwelling unit project on an approximately 29 acre site <br />located on the north side of Vineyard Avenue opposite <br />Sauterne Way; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of January 13, 1982, <br />the Planning Commission recommended approval of the <br />negative declaration prepared for case PUD-81-34; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of December 12, 1981, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony and <br />documents regarding this application and continued the <br />matter to January 13, 1982. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Finds that Planned Unit Development zoning is consistent <br />with the General Plan. <br />_ Section 2. Recommends approval of the application of Richard and <br />Ursula Ultsch and Theodore Bates for development plan <br />approval for a 252 dwelling unit project on the approxi- <br />mately 29 acre site located on the north side of Vineyard <br />Avenue opposite Sauterne Way; and recommends the prezoning <br />remain PUD (Planned Unit Development-High Density Resi- <br />dential) District subject to the conditions shown on <br />Exhibit A, attached hereto and made part of this case <br />by reference. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 13th day of January 1982 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Lindsey and Chairperson Getty <br />NOES: Commissioners Jamieson and Wilson <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: January 13, 1982 <br />ATTEST: _ <br />Ro ert Harris, Secretary Joyei etty, C a rperson <br />APPRpOVED AS TO/' FORM: ~/ <br />Brian W.
