PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF AL.AMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2144 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF THE MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR CASE PUD-82-2, MEADOW PLAZA ASSOCIATES WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 10, 1982 the Planning Commission received a proposed mitigated negative declaration on the application of Meadow Plaza Associates for P.U.D. (.Planned Unit Development) zoning and development plan approval for a commercial and office project consisting of five structures totalling approximately 88,000 sq. ft. on an approximately eight acre site located at the southeast corner of West Las Positas Boulevard and Santa Rita Road. Included in the project is a list of proposed uses for the site. Zoning for the property is C-N (Neighborhood Commercial) District; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated b4arch 1, 1982 and received the recommendations of the staff; and _ WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and SVHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of mitigated negative declarations and environmental impact reports; and WHEREAS, the Initial Study prepared by the City staff indicated that there may be significant impacts upon the environment, but that conditions of approval would render these potential impacts insignificant. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Recommends approval of a Mitigated Negative Declaration for case PUD-82-2 as described above subject to the mitigating conditions set forth in the recommendation of project approval.
