That suitable trees shall be planted to fill in the vacant areas between the eucalyptus trees on the eastern property line; that trees shall be planted along the southern property line of the subject property and that a final landscape plan reflecting these additions shall be submitted to the planning staff for approval prior to issuance of building permits. 34.
