33. That the developer dedicate a grant of easement to the <br />City over the interior private streets as public service <br />easements (P.S.E.). <br />34. That the storm drainage system for this development <br />be a public system within the street P.S.E. unless <br />otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />35. That the water system for this development be a <br />public system within the street P.5.E. unless other- <br />wise approved by the City Engineer. <br />36. That the sanitary sewer system within this development <br />be a private system along the rear lot lines as shown <br />on the PUD development plan unless otherwise approved <br />by the City Engineer. <br />37. That the lighting system for the interior streets be <br />_ approved by the City and privately maintained unless <br />otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />38. That the property owners shall request that the City <br />enforce parking and other traffic regulations on all <br />streets within the project. <br /> <br />
