That storm drainage swales, gutters, inlets, outfalls <br />and channels not within the area of a dedicated public <br />street or public service easement be privately <br />maintained by the property owners or through an <br />association approved by the City. <br />14. That the developer obtain the necessary slope <br />easements from the adjacent developer to effect <br />a tract "boundary fence" on the east side of each <br />lot at the top of bank with the bank within the <br />slope easement. <br />15. That approval of the water supply and distri- <br />bution system be withheld pending final design <br />and until the developer has demonstrated to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer that the proposed <br />system meets both the immediate and long range <br />requirements for supplying water in this area. <br />16. That a separate water meter be provided to each <br />lot of record within the development unless <br />otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />17. That approval for the number, type and location <br />of fire hydrants be withheld pending final design, <br />review by the Fire Marshal, and final review by <br />the City Engineer. <br />18. That approval of the sanitary sewer system be with- <br />held pending final design and until the developer <br />has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer that the proposed system is adequate, <br />connects to an approved point of discharge, and <br />meets both the immediate and long-range require- <br />ments of the sanitary sewer system in this and all <br />tributary areas. <br />19. That a separate sanitary sewer lateral be provided <br />to each lot of record within the development unless <br />otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />20. That approval of the storm drainage system be with- <br />held pending final design and until the developer <br />has demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer that the system is adequate, connects to an <br />
