Exhibit "A" <br />Resolution No. 2178 <br />May 26, 1982 <br />1 'what the development be substantially as ~hoc•.~n <br />on Tentative 21ap, Tract 5062 on file. with the ;:ity. <br />2. That the developer dedicate, in fee, to the City for <br />street right-of-way purposes those parcels of land <br />intended to be public streets and shown on the <br />tentative map as Oakland Avenue, Rheem Drive, Bowen <br />Street, Alexander Way, York Street, Armstrong Drive, <br />and DeLucchi Drive. <br />3. That the developer dedicate a grant of easement to <br />the City over those parcels shown on the tentative <br />map as public service easements (P.S.E.). <br />4. That approval of the design for the line, grade, and <br />structural sections for the streets serving this <br />~' development be withheld pending final design and review <br />by the City Engineer. <br />5. That the developer secure approval from the Planning <br />Director for all proposed street names prior to submittal <br />of the final map. <br />6. That vertical P.C.C. curbs and gutters be constructed <br />within this development unless otherwise approved by <br />the City Engineer and that the curb and gutter be <br />poured monolithically with the sidewalk when the <br />sidewalk is adjacent. <br />7. That a detailed grading and drainage plan and all <br />supporting information and design criteria be <br />submitted as part of the improvement plans for the <br />development. <br />-1- <br />
