PLANNING COMMISSION <br />L CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />_ COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2178 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT 5062, AS <br />FILED BY CPK ASSOCIATES <br />WHEREAS, CPK Associates and Homestead Development Company have <br />applied for residential subdivision approval of a <br />113 single-family and 83 townhouse lots on an <br />approximately 21 acre site located northwest of the <br />intersection of Rheem Drive and Oakland Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development)- <br />Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of May 26, 1982 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony <br />and documents relating to this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found this application to be <br />in conformance with the approved Planned Unit Development <br />zoning and development plan for the subject property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Tentative Tract 5062 for the above subject <br />property as filed by CPK Associates and Homestead <br />Development Company subject to the conditions shown on <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this <br />case by reference. <br />Section 2.
