The following standards shall be utilized in the design' <br />-and construction of all buildings on the site: <br />a. The front setback of all buildings shall be as shown <br />on the development plan, side setbacks may be"reduced <br />to zero feet where-a minimum of 20 ft. is maintained on <br />one side, the minimum distance between buildings shall <br />be 40 ft. unless directly abutted by another structure, <br />and rear setbacks may be zero feet depending upon the- <br />location of adjacent structures. <br />b. Walls, driveways, parking, landscaping and the exteriors <br />of all buildings shall at all times be maintained in <br />good condition. All painted surfaces shall be kept <br />properly painted in colors approved by the Design P.eview <br />Board. Unimproved property shall be maintained in a <br />sightly condition, free of weeds and debris at all times. <br />c. Attention shall be paid to building location on the <br />site for maximum sight efficiency and aesthetic relation- <br />ship to adjacent existing buildings. <br />-6- <br />
