27. That the developer (.subdivider)- may file multiple final <br />maps prior to the expiration of the conditionally approved <br />tentative map for this development; provided, however, <br />that each such final map filed shall provide for all <br />normal and reasonable public improvements required by the City <br />to serve that portion of this development to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />28. That the developer acknowledges that the City of Pleasanton <br />does not guarantee the availability of sufficient sewer <br />capacity to serve this development by the approval of <br />this case, and that the developer acknowledges that building <br />permit approval may be withheld if sewer capacity is found <br />by the City not to be available. <br />29.
