PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />-- COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2189 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVING <br />TRACT 4936 AS FILED BY PLEASANTON DEVELOPER GROUP <br />WHEREAS, Pleasanton Developer Group has applied for tentative <br />subdivision approval for 42 lots on approximately 9.8 <br />acres of land at the northwest corner of Valley Avenue <br />and Paseo Santa Cruz; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single-family <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 24, 1982 the <br />Planning Commission approved a mitigated negative <br />declaration for this project after considering the plans, <br />public testimony and recommendation of the City staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that Tract 4936 is <br />in conformance with the General Plan and Zoning District <br />under which is is regulated. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves the application of Pleasanton Developer Group <br />for tentative subdivision approval for 42 lots on approximately <br />9.8 acres of land at the northwest corner of Valley Avenue <br />and Paseo Santa Cruz subject to the conditions shown on <br />Exhibit A, attached hereto and made part of this <br />case by reference. <br />Section 2.
