PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2191 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT 5037 AS <br />FILED BY DANIEL GAMACHE <br />WHEREAS, Dan Gamache has applied for a subdivision of approximately <br />9.3 acres into 13 parcels with an average size of 28,350 <br />sq. ft., located on the east side of Amber Lane <br />approximately 415 feet south of Mockingbird Lane; and <br />WHEREAS, the property is zoned R-1-20,000 (Single-family Residential) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of June 24, 1982 the <br />Planning Commission approved a negative declaration prepared <br />for Tract 5037 after considering public testimony and <br />pertinent maps relating to this case; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found Tract 5037 to be in <br />conformance with. the General Plan and zoning district under <br />which it is regulated. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Tract 5037, the subdivision of approximately <br />9.3 acres into 13 parcels with an average size of 28,350 <br />sq. ft., located on the east side of Amber Lane approximately <br />415 feet south of Mockingbird Lane subject to the conditions <br />shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto and made part of this <br />case by reference. <br />Section 2.
