3. That all landscaping on all sites shall be as shown <br />on the landscape plans included as part of Exhibits A, <br />for cases PUD-81-30-1D to 7D. <br />4. That the colors of all buildings shall be submitted <br />to the Planning Division for approval prior to issuance <br />of building permits. <br />5. That approval of cases PUD-81-30-1D to 7D is subject <br />to all conditions of approval of Ordinance No. 1040. <br />6. That all Pleasanton Fire Department requirements shall <br />be met. <br />7. That the garage in the five-story building proposed for <br />Lot 9 shall be redesigned to provide two points of access. <br />This redesign shall be subject to the approval of the <br />Fire Chief. <br />8. That access to the garage in the building proposed <br />for lot 9 shall be controlled in a manner approved by <br />the Police Department. <br />Section 2.
