PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2198 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING DESIGN PLANS FOR <br />HACIENDA BUSINESS PARK AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />PUD-81-30. <br />WHEREAS, the following applications were considered with regard <br />to the Hacienda Business Park at the duly noticed public <br />hearing of the Planning Commission on July 28, 1982: <br />PUD-81-30-1D, application of Prudential Insurance Company <br />for design approval for an approximately 45,500 sq. ft. <br />building on an approximately 3.5 acre site located at <br />the northwest corner of the intersection of West Las <br />Positas Boulevard and Willow Road; <br />PUD-81-30-2D, application of Prudential Insurance Company <br />for design approval for an approximately 64,000 sq. ft. <br />building on an approximately 4.8 acre site located at the <br />southwest corner of the intersection of Inglewood Drive and <br />Willow Road; <br />PUD-81-30-3D, application of Prudential Insurance Company <br />for design approval for an approximately 82,500 sq, ft. <br />building on an approximately 6 acre site located at the <br />southwest corner of the intersection of West Las Positas <br />Boulevard and Hacienda Drive; <br />PUD-81-03-4D, application of Prudential Insurance Company <br />for design approval for a five-story, approximately 300,000 <br />sq. ft. office building on an approximately 16.4 acre site, <br />located in the area bounded by Gibraltar Drive, Stoneridge <br />Drive and Hacienda Drive; <br />PUD-81-30-5D, application of Callahan-Pentz Properties for <br />design approval for a two structure office complex of <br />approximately 31,000 sq. ft. (one story) and 31,000 sq. ft. <br />(two stories) on an approximately 4 acre site, located at <br />the northwest corner of the intersection of Stoneridge Drive <br />and Willow Road; <br />PUD-81-30-6D, application of Callahan-Pentz Properties for <br />design approval for an approximately 75,000 sq. ft. four- <br />story building on an approximately 4 acre site, located at <br />the northeast corner of the intersection of Stoneridge <br />Drive and Chabot Drive; <br />
