<br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />/-\ <br />Section 1. That the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />rescinds their appeal of May 13, 1981 and concurs with City <br />staff that the modification to case PUD-80-1 is nonsubstantial <br />in nature. <br />Section 2.
