PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 2008 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATION PREPARED FOR A HILLSIDE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT FOR CASTLEWOOD PROPERTIES, INC. AS FILED UNDER CASE PUD(HPD)-80-12 WHEREAS, Castlewood Properties, Inc. has applied for development plan approval for a Hillside Planned Development for the approxi- mately 48 acre site located on the west side of Foothill Road, just north of Bernal Avenue for a 24-lot, 25,000 sq.ft. minimum lot size, single-family residential development; and WHEREAS, the property is zoned HPD (Hillside Planned Development) District; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on May 27, 1981 at which time all public testimony and documents were considered; and WHEREAS, said proposal was based upon an Initial Study done pursuant to the Environmental Impact Guidelines and Procedures adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton by Resolution No. 77-66; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its meeting of May 13, 1981, received the Initial Study and proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration in a report from the Director of Planning and Community Development dated December 8, 1980, revised May 13, 1981 regarding the aforementioned project; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission was advised by the City Attorney of its responsibilities in reviewing the proposed Negative Declaration and the determinations required by Section 5.4(e) of Resolution No. 77-66; and WHEREAS, each member of the Planning Commission had before him/her copies of Resolution No. 77-66 at the time of considering the proposed Negative Declaration and Initial Study; and WHEREAS, the public was afforded an opportunity to comment on the proposed environmental assessment, which had previously been published in the Pleasanton Times, at the time of the public on the aforementioned project; and ///
