NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission reviewed the contents of <br />Resolution No. 77-66 (Environmental Impact Guidelines and <br />Procedures) as they pertain to the requirements for <br />Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports and <br />determines that the project requested in GP-81-3 would not <br />have any significant effects on the environment to require <br />the preparation of an Environmental Impact Report. <br />Section 2.Although the Initial Study identified certain aspects of <br />the project as having potential significant adverse <br />environmental effects, said effects can be rendered <br />insignificant by the inclusions of conditions of approval <br />as shown on Resolution No. 2011 adopted June 10, 1981. <br />Section 3.This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 10th day of June 1981 by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Lindsey, Wilson and <br />Chairperson Getty <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: June 10, 1981 <br />ATTEST: <br />~~~ <br />Robert J.
