NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission reviewed the contents of <br />Resolution No. 77-66 (Environmental Impact Guidelines <br />and Procedures) as they pertain to the requirements for <br />Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports <br />and determines that the project requested in RZ-81-8 <br />would not have any significant effects on the environ- <br />ment to require the preparation of an Environmental <br />Impact Report. <br />Section 2.
