CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-55 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING POLICIES AND FEES <br /> GOVERNING USE OF THE AMADOR THEATER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 7, 1989, Council <br /> received a report from the Director of Parks and <br /> Community Services (SR 89:56) regarding adoption of <br /> policies and fees governing use of the Amador <br /> Theater, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the policies and fees for use of the <br /> Amador Theater as set forth in the attached staff <br /> report. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 7, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING <br /> VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr and Tarver <br /> NOES: Mayor Mercer <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None ~ ~~ <br /> <br />~James R.
