3. That the developer be aware that RAP approval or ~ <br />specific exemption from the RAP program is required <br />prior to development of the subject site. <br />4. That this project shall be subject to on-site fire <br />protection and additional requirements under the City <br />Fire Code. The applicant is requested to contact the <br />Fire Prevention Bureau for more detailed information. <br />5. That all streets and driveways in the development <br />shall be designated fire lanes. <br />6. That all conditions of Ordinance No. 866 and Planning <br />Commission Resolution No. 1664 pertaining to the <br />shopping center to the west of the subject property <br />and the relationship between the shopping center and <br />the development on the subject property, shall remain <br />in full force and effect and shall not be modified by <br />case PUD-81-6. <br />That the developer acknowledges that the City of <br />Pleasanton does not guarantee the availability of <br />sufficient sewage capacity to serve this development <br />by approval of this project, and that the developer --~ <br />agrees and acknowledges that building permit. approval <br />may be withheld if sewer capacity is found by the <br />City not to be available. <br />8.
