WHEREAS, upon receipt of the staff report and public input, the ~ <br />Planning Commission reviewed the provisions of the City's <br />Guidelines and Processing Procedures for the evaluation of <br />projects and preparation of Environmental Impact Reports <br />as they pertain to requirements for Negative Declarations and <br />Environmental Impact Reports in order to determine if a <br />Negative Declaration is appropriate for the project and <br />what mitigation measures, if any, must be undertaken to <br />ensure that the project will not have a significant <br />impact upon the environment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission reviewed the contents of <br />Resolution No. 77-66 (Environmental Impact Guidelines and <br />Procedures) as they pertain to the requirements for Negative <br />Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports and determines <br />that the project requested in GP-81-4 would not have any <br />significant effects on the environment to require the <br />preparation of an Environmental Impact Report. <br />Section 2.
