b. That the widening of Hopyard Road as described in <br />(a) above, shall include construction of soundwalls ~ <br />adjacent to Hopyard Road where residential areas abut __ <br />that street; and <br />c. That in the widening of Hopyard Road, all existing <br />trees shall either be replanted adjacent to the <br />widened road or shall be replaced in kind, number and <br />size adjacent to the widened road. <br />Section 2.
